Steven Beauchamp has performed consulting and transaction services on over $15 billion worth of real estate including commercial, industrial, major mixed-use, and master-planned community developments. His experience includes: real estate and mortgage brokerage, loan restructuring, and negotiating, and raising more than $1.2 billion of equity capital for property development and acquisition programs.
He was an executive officer in the general partnership interest of 22 office and retail properties located in Florida. He has also worked with Wall Street, institutional investors, lenders, pension funds, foundations, U.S. State Department, GSA, U.S. Air Force, the World Bank, foreign entities, developers, REITs, and high net worth private investors within 25 states and 9 countries.
During his 40+year career, he has been an officer of private and publicly traded companies including Landauer, Grubb & Ellis, and Cypress Creek Capital. He has been an executive of companies with major shareholders that included: Marsh & McLennan, Lehman Brothers, AEGON USA, Hillier Parker May & Rowden (United Kingdom), Baring Brothers & Company, Ltd. (Europe), Knight Frank (Europe), Les Societies Bourdais (France), Warburg Pincus, Archon Group, Fuller Peiser (Australia), and Horwath International (worldwide).
Steven Beauchamp’s education includes a BA in Economics from Albion College, and post graduate courses at the University of Colorado, University of Georgia and University of North Carolina. He received membership in the Omicron Delta Epsilon-Honors Society in Economics. He held the MAI (appraisal), CRE (Counselor of Real Estate), and the FRICS (Fellowship of Royal Chartered Surveys) for several decades before retiring those designation. He has been an expert witness on real estate matters in Federal Bankruptcy Courts within Florida, Arizona, Arkansas, and California and in Circuit Courts within Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Lee, and Hillsborough Counties.
